desi46 Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and desi46 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the desi46 website at desi46.pro, including the sports betting section, live casino, slot games, game lobby, the VIP programme, all promotions and bonuses, and all payment activity conducted through the platform.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by the act of registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or continuing to use the platform following any update to the Terms. It is your responsibility to read the current version of the Terms each time you use desi46. The most recent version is always available at this page.

These Terms should be read alongside the desi46 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a desi46 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing desi46 account — each individual may hold only one account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion from desi46 or be a person whom desi46 has previously barred from the platform.

desi46 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address, or confirmation of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

desi46 is a platform intended for personal entertainment use by adult individuals. Use of the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating as an agent or acting on behalf of other players, is prohibited.

3. Account Rules

Each member is permitted to hold one and only one desi46 account. If desi46 identifies that a member holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts may be suspended, any bonus funds credited to those accounts will be voided, and winnings generated from bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your desi46 account. Your login credentials — username and password — must not be shared with any other person. desi46 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the member has shared or failed to adequately protect their login information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact desi46 customer support immediately. The platform may temporarily suspend your account during an investigation into suspected unauthorised access.

Account registration information, including name, date of birth and contact details, must be kept accurate and up to date. If any of your registration details change, you must update them promptly. desi46 may request re-verification of identity when account details are updated.

• Accounts may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
• Selling, gifting or otherwise disposing of a desi46 account is prohibited.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the platform's dormant account policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at desi46 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available payment methods may vary and are displayed in your account settings.

Deposits are credited to your desi46 account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your bank or card provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If the original deposit method is unavailable, desi46 may request an alternative verified payment method. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity verification must be complete before a first withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings at the time of request.
• VIP members at Silver tier and above benefit from faster withdrawal processing times. Gold and Platinum accounts receive priority queue status.
• desi46 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional cases.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

desi46 offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, domestic Pakistan cricket), football, esports and other sports. The platform also provides a live casino section with real-dealer tables and a game lobby with slot titles from third-party providers.

All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. desi46 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases where the platform determines that a market has been suspended or settled in error.

The following betting rules apply to all members:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• desi46 reserves the right to limit or restrict bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts without notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), desi46 reserves the right to void any affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are settled; bets placed after a suspension is lifted are subject to the new available odds.
• For casino games and slots, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the third-party game provider and is available in the game information within the game lobby.

desi46 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means of placing bets. Accounts found to be using automated tools will be suspended and any winnings generated through automated activity may be forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

desi46 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and game restrictions. The specific terms of each bonus or promotion are set out on the relevant promotion page and should be read carefully before claiming.

General bonus conditions that apply across all desi46 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new member. Members who hold or have held a previous desi46 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full. Real money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions; however, doing so before meeting bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet the minimum odds requirement specified for the promotion. Bets placed at odds below the minimum requirement will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• desi46 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already claimed a promotion will have their existing bonus settled under the original terms at the time of claiming.
• Any member found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have bonus funds forfeited and may have their account suspended.

7. VIP Programme

The desi46 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. All registered members are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier from the moment their account is created. Activity points accumulate based on betting and gaming activity across all sections of the platform.

• VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling basis. Failing to maintain the required activity level may result in tier demotion at the next review period.
• Weekly PKR cashback at Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers is credited as withdrawable balance, not restricted bonus credit. Cashback rates are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
• Gold and Platinum members receive a dedicated account manager and priority withdrawal processing.
• VIP benefits, including cashback rates and tier thresholds, may be adjusted by desi46 at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme.
• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the benefits described in the VIP programme terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the desi46 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical malfunctions to generate unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are subject to forfeiture.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events on which bets are placed through desi46.
• Collusion between players in casino games, including but not limited to poker or live dealer games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. desi46 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards desi46 staff or other platform users.

9. Privacy & Data

desi46 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at desi46.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including name, date of birth, CNIC or passport details, contact information and payment method details — is used solely for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting identity verification, and meeting any applicable compliance obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties.

desi46 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform. By continuing to use the platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. You may adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain platform features.

10. Responsible Gaming

desi46 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. The platform is for adult entertainment only and is not intended as a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all desi46 members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, desi46 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to protect their login credentials.
• Interrupted access to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from a member's reliance on information displayed on the platform that contained a technical error, provided that the error is corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

desi46's liability to any member in connection with any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

12. Changes to Terms

desi46 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will notify registered members via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the desi46 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account before the effective date of the changes.
